Minor turbine wheel vane damage can be repaired.
Many ring grooves can be repaired; sometimes oversized rings can be installed.
Shaft journals can often be undersized .005", .010", .015", 020".
We can re-center and straighten turbine shafts.
We repair the seal hub, including the ring groove area.
We polish the shaft and dynamic balance.

REPAIR GUIDELINES
1: Maximum allowable damage .050.
2: Bearing journals should clean up at minimum of .015 undersize.
3: This area can have no damage. Maximum bend of .010.
4: Threads cannot be stripped. Maximum of .010 bend allowed.
